Terms of service
1. The service
MultiLLM | Chat provides access to third-party AI models through one interface, with shared history, files and a token-based billing layer. Models belong to their providers; availability follows their terms and our status page.
2. Accounts
One account per person, sign-in by Google, Facebook, Apple or an email code. Limits count per account, and using several of your own devices at once is expected. Reselling access, pooling an account between people or automating requests against the web interface is a breach and grounds for closure.
3. Tokens, subscriptions and packs
Subscription budgets reset monthly and unused budget lapses. One-time packs keep their balance for the life of the account and are spent after the subscription budget. Class multipliers may change; changes are announced in-product 14 days ahead and never apply retroactively to purchased packs.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our merchant of record; prices include applicable taxes and follow the country tier of your payment method. Subscriptions cancel anytime and run to the end of the paid period. A first purchase refunds in full within 14 days if you spent less than 10% of its tokens.
5. Acceptable use
Provider policies apply to the content of requests, and we pass through their safety refusals unchanged. Illegal content, attacks on the service and attempts to extract other users' data end the account without refund of the current period.
6. Your content
You own what you upload and what models produce for you, to the extent providers grant those rights. We host it, route it to the models you pick, and touch it for nothing else. See the privacy policy.
7. Warranties and liability
Model answers are generated text and can be wrong. Verify anything that matters before acting on it. The service is provided as is; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
