Privacy policy

The short version

We store your dialogs and files so the product works. We never sell them and never let them train models. Payment card data never reaches us. Deletion is self-serve and complete.

1. What we collect

Account data: email, name, sign-in method. Content: dialogs, uploaded files, custom instructions, projects. Service data: model used, token spend, country of the payment method, device type, referral source. We do not collect your card number, precise location or contacts.

2. How we use it

To run your chats across model providers, keep history in sync between devices and Telegram, bill your plan, prevent fraud, and answer support requests. Aggregated, de-identified statistics guide product decisions.

3. What we never do

We never sell personal data. We never use your dialogs or files to train models, ours or anyone's. Our provider contracts include the same restriction for content routed through their APIs. There is no advertising layer in the product.

4. Who processes data for us

Model providers receive the content of the specific request you send them. Our merchant of record handles payments and sees your payment details instead of us. Hosting runs in a single region (Frankfurt or Singapore, depending on your account). Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.

5. Retention and deletion

Content stays until you delete it. Deleting a dialog removes it from our systems within 30 days; deleting the account removes history, files and the payment profile within 24 hours. Temporary chats are never written to history at all.

6. Your rights

Export, correction and deletion are available in settings without a support ticket. Residents of jurisdictions with data-protection laws (including GDPR, Philippines DPA, Bangladesh PDPA) may also lodge complaints with their local authority. Requests: privacy@multillm.online.

7. Changes

Material changes are announced in-product 14 days before they take effect, the same channel we use for price coefficients.
